When does bottled water go bad?

If you leave bottled water out in the open for too long, it is possible for mold and other bacteria to grow in there. I'd say a couple of weeks.

I don not think there is any realy expiration date on bottled water where it is no longer acceptable to be consumed. However, there has been some research done which shows that bottled water that is left in the heat is no longer safe to drink because the chemicals from the plastic botlle could leach into the water.
