An example would be specific days/times for visits. Also, a holiday schedule. Who gets the kids Christmas this year or next? What about Easter weekend or school holidays?

Join custody can come in two forms, Joint physical custody and joint legal custody. Physical means that the child spend equal amount of time with both parents, whereas joint legal custody means that the child primarily lives with one parent, but the other parent has decision making power in regards to welfare of the child.
