Try using , not a website but a software program that's free to download as well as safe. I use it for some of my graphic designs.

All of that can be crudely done in Microsoft Paint, which comes free with Windows based computers. If you have a knowledge of Photoshop, then Photoshop would definitely be your best bet. Its a powerful and versatile program and there are lots of tutorials online on how to use it.

In the beginning i had this problem too. But I found Photodex Proshow Gold or Producer. It is an utility that provides you a lot of useful options like visual effects, captions or the posibility tot add and even edit sounds. Although you can save in different formats your collage.

the easiest way is to use Microsoft Power Point. If you can afford it, try Macromedia Fireworks instead of Adobe Photoshop, it is simpler. Or Gimp if you want opensource
