Thier is only one solution for a warped block and only if its not to bad and that is to take it to a machine shop. have the top machined then look at replacing everything else so the pistons match the new deck height. better solution , buy new one.

If the block is actually warped to the point where it causes problems, the most economical option is to replace the engine with a used engine. Depending on the year of the van it may be more than the van is worth.

A warped block is probably going to just need replaced with another engine. The cost to overhaul it is usually going to be more than replacing it.

This typically indicates overheating and would require skimming and pressure testing by a professional company. An easier option would be to acquire a second hand item from a scrap or salvage yard, or somewhere like ebay. The cause of the problem would need to found and fixed, i. e. burst hose, leaking radiator, low water

The only way to repair a warped block is to replace the whole motor with a new or used one.
