One very easy and refreshing treat is made by freezing juice or any fruity drink in ice cube trays. You can also mix juice/drinks/alcohol and freeze in a tray in your freezer, scraping occasionally to make a kind of granita.

Ice cream pie is always a good dessert. Take two pints of vanilla ice cream and mix it with crushed pieces of your favorite candy bar,about five or six of them. Once everything is mixed, put it in a nine-inch graham cracker crust and place it in the freezer. Once it sets, sprinkle with more crushed candy and enjoy!
