A clear epoxy works well. There a few items on the market for scratched lense repair most Pharmacy's probably sell a little kit for scratched lense repair. Also if there are not too many scratches. You may want to try clear super glue be sure to clean the excess off prior to letting the glue set up.

If your lenses are plastic you can purchase etching cream from your local home improvements store. Clean and dry the lens that is scratched. Wearing rubber gloves, apply a small amount of etching cream to both sides of the lens with a cotton ball. Rinse well under warm running water until cream is all removed, dry with a soft cloth.
