To the best of my knowledge, there is no CD player designed to edit lyrics like this. However, there are several good alternatives on CD for children for popular music. Depending on the age, a great choice is the Kidz Bop CDs; they're cheap and clean.

A good first cd player would be a cheap one as they lose or break them. There is not one that bleeps out lyrics
