Gather the parts which are the head unit, the wiring harness, and the mounting kit. Remove the original unit carefully. Next, install the mounting kit using the instructions provided. Then, hook the new wiring harness to the original harness, match the wires on the harness to the ones on the new unit. finally place player in mount and enjoy

Well it is pretty complicate to try and explain here. It involves removing the old one, installing and adapter and mounting kit, then connecting all the wiring.
