Estrogen pills could cause breasts to grow. The estrogen and hormones in birth control can cause your breasts to grow. When a girl grows through puberty, her breasts will grow. When a woman becomes pregnant, her breasts are likely to grow (this is not always true though). There are several other reasons as well.

Pregnancy is the most common cause. Also, when you gain weight, your breasts become bigger. But if you do still feel worried, check for lumps and/or go visit a doctor.

This would be something only a doctor can handle. See one as soon as possible. Women's breast are sometimes bigger then the other. But see a doctor.
