If a teen is found by an officer after curfew, they will be fined (the fine varies in areas). Typically the fine is transfered to the parents or guardians.
A teen caught out after curfew has to pay $173 fine. This applies for teens 17 years old and younger if, not accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
