The basektball player, Malik Sealy, died in 2000 from injuries sustained during an automobile accident. His vehicle was hit head-on and neither drivers were wearing their seatbelts.

No, it was not murder. He was killed in a car accident in which the person driving the other car was extremely intoxicated. I do believe it is vehicular manslaughter, but he didn't "murder" him. Souksangouane Phengsene was arrested in 2008 again for another DWI.
