Australia always took a stand against communism. Their thoughts were: to support countries in their fight to stop the spread of communism and to join mutual countries to support and halt the threat of communist spread.
Australia's reaction to communism was the same as most other countries that no longer have communism. The party was not greatly accepted although it continues to have a niche following.
