What type of antifreeze is it best to use for a Ford?

I have a Ranger.

Well The first thing I would need to answer this question is to know what year the Ranger is? The easiest way to figure out what type of coolant you need is to read your owners manual. But I recommend motorcraft premium gold.

The type of antifreeze one uses matters not according to what vehicle one has, but rather what weather condition one abides in. The colder the climate, the stronger the antifreeze.

There really is no "best" kind of antifreeze. Almost all manufacturers make similar quality. The most important thing you can do is to regularly check to make sure your Ranger has enough antifreeze, otherwise you could be looking at costly repairs down the line.
