Assuming you mean Eastern Standard Time and Pacific Standard time, simply subtract three hours. In other words, 5 pm EST would be 2 pm PST. Similarly, if you want to go from PST to EST, simply add three hours. Noon PST would be 3 pm EST. Enjoy converting time back and forth.

Eastern Standard Time and Pacific Standard Time are about three hours apart, so just subtract three hours from the Eastern time, or add three to Pacific time.
