I've seen them at Macy's and JcPenny's, also Nordstrom's, Von Maur, any online shopping site like Amazon and Ebay, try Walmart and Sears and Kmart, Even CVS may sell them. they are pricey, but the benefits are phenomenal. Again, any and every retail store should have them, if not, check with the clerk about possible alternatives.
