All States of the USA allow concealed handguns to be carried, provided a permit has been obtained, with the exceptions of Illinois and Wisconsin, which have both banned carrying concealed handguns. The relevant State laws are for the state which the person and their handgun are present in, not the State which the weapon was purchased and/or permit obtained.

All states have laws concerning concealed handguns, and each state is different. Only Alaska, Vermont,and Arizona allow a concealed handgun to be carried without any kind of permit. DC and Illinois don't allow private citizens to carry concealed handguns at all. The rest of the states have varying permit requirements.

All states in this country have some form of laws to address what is allowed concerning handguns. Some states do not allow handguns to be concealed unless you are a police officer. Some states allow only register owner of handguns to carry a hidden handgun while still most states reserve a concealed handgun only for peace officers.
