If you are in Georgia and your bride is pregnant, you can marry with statement from a licensed physician attesting to the pregnancy. In Massachusetts you can marry with an order from probate or district court in the district in which you reside. Otherwise, you are out of luck. Wait.

There are a lot of "age of consent" websites that give the law in each state. In addition to the law, it is wise to consider the family's feelings. Marriage is difficult and requires the support of both families. To marry into a family that clearly does not support the notion is not a a good start.

You used to be able to, but most states now require that you be 18 to marry without consent. 18 is considered to be a legal adult. If she is 17, then it may be better to just wait a few more months and plan on marrying at 18.

It is a violation of any states law for a minor to cross a state lines in order to be married in a state that does not require a parents consent. So even if you want to marry your girlfriend you will legally have to follow the laws of your state.

The best way to find the answer to this question is to look online at marriage codes. Many states allow marriage after 16.
