You should put skills on a resume that are pertinent to the job you are applying for. You should not use a blanketed resume for all jobs. Do your research and know what the job wants to show-off the skills that you have pertaining to that job.
You should be honest and put your best qualities, but to any job the most important ones are: dedication, organization, responsibility, be punctual, some self initiative and hardworking.
