That the staff are checked out to avoid pedos.Some gyms dont check staff . be aware.

one that kids are having fun not one that the kid are being work to hard and they are not enjoying it so the kids want to go back. i would talk to people aready going

The teacher should be a great listener and leader. If you watch them interact with kids they should be patient and they should have a lot of skill to teach.

It really depends on what you are looking for, if you want a competitive class then you will want to ensure that you find one that does well in meets.
