Many metaphysics courses are available online. After some training you will be prepared to volunteer/ work in the metaphysics industry- anything from metaphysical couselling to working in a metaphysics bookstore.

This is volunteering by raising awareness, i. e. not doing very much at all. Or it could refer to volunteering to teach metaphysics, which is a branch of philosophy that was popular in the 19th century. Either way, you are volunteering in the domain of the mind and abstraction.
