House training any dog is challenging but the key is consistency, take your puppy out anytime he wakes up from napping, finishes eating/drinking/playing and anytime he has been crated for a while. You will also want to invest in a crate to help regulate your puppy's time while home alone.

House training teacup poodles should be done with consistency. One method many people use is paper training -- that is, watching the puppy for signs that he has to potty, and then taking him to newspapers on hard floors, and allowing him to potty on the papers. As the puppy grows bigger, you can move the papers outside to transition him.

You should make sure your dog learns how to be house trained when it come to where to use the bathroom. Lay newspapers around and teach it to know where to go.

I highly recommend the use of "wee" pads inside the house first. These pads you use in the spot you want the dog to use. Once the puppy has used it, you can take it outside where you want the puppy to go. Change the pads when heavily soaked.

The first thing to consider is their age. Very young puppies can't be house trained right away. A good method for small dogs is crate training.
