Your particular circumstances will determine any concerns you or your doctor has, and you should discuss those together. If you had a normal delivery, you likely will again. If you had a C-section, you likely will again. The real issue is about how busy you're going to be after the new baby comes!

Life after giving birth to twins can be overwhelming. It is a good idea to enlist as much help as possible within the first weeks of their arrival.

First of all, know that unless there were complications in the pregnancy, there's no increased chance of problems in a later pregnancy. If your twins were identical, then the odds of you having twins again are exactly the same as they were before (low). If your twins were franternal (non-identical), then it is more likely you'll have non-identical twins again.

If you had a c-section, then you can expect to have another one when your next baby is ready to arrive.
