Wow I see you got most of the info. The only thing is after I germinated the seeds in the water I put them in a bag with some humid peat moss and then put them under a lamp so they were in a temp of about 80-80 degrees F.

It is pretty simple to grow queen palms from seeds. When the seeds are ripened remove the skin and all of the flesh and then scrape any hairs that might be on the bare seed. Soak them in water for about 3 days and change the water every single day.

First off wait until the seeds are orange! Don't try to germinate them when they are green. I tried it when they were green and got nothing. The squirrels were going after the seeds and dropped some ripe ones that were orange on the ground and they are everywhere.
