What should I know about getting another female cat?

They may not get along with your other cats, male or female, becuase they are going to try and take the status of queen. You should show her where the litter box is and introduce her to other animals and children slowly. It could take a few weeks to a few months for her to adjsut, you will need patience.

To take it a little slow. Maybe put your first cat away, let the new cat have time to get use to new surroundings. Then introduce the two.
