You can probably just order the collar online. If you don't want to pay the shipping and handling you could just go down to your major local pet store which will be flush with collar selections for both cats and dogs. If you can't find it in the cat collar section, try looking at collars for small dogs.

Elizabethan collars are only used when a cat is injured and needs to have it's movement contained to allow healing. The cat does NOT like them as they feel restricted so don't think you can decorate your cat with one of them. Vets only have them.

Elizabethan collars are for when cats are recovering from surgery or another procedure and aren't supposed to lick or scratch themselves, not for looking regal.
