You can pretty much buy them in pieces or you can get some books on it and follow alnog with the book as you build it that will help to cut cost and errors because the book can guide from start to finish or you can google it but the book would be better.

The only good way to that would be to check the yellow pages in the phone book that job is only for the pros there are entirely to many things that can go worng when one tries to do it themselves.
