Be aware that the child will have priority, perhaps necessitating a last minute change of plans. Ask her what you need to know, if anything. Genuine interest is golden!

You have to understand that her child will always come before you, and that she may have to cancel dates or otherwise not spend time with you because of it.

Know that you should be ready to make alot of sacrifices. Time, energy, and money are all going to needed if you are thinking of becoming a permanent part of her and the child's life. Don't toy with either of them just to quit when it gets tough.

You could end up marrying this Woman. So take in consideration that she has a child with special needs before you get too serious. If you cannot handle it I suggest bailing while you still can.
