You have to make sure the house is designed for the disabled. For instance if you are in a wheelchair you have to make sure it is wheelchair accessible.

I think just the same.It doesnt matter if your desabled or not.As long as u have the capacity to buy a home.But i think you really have cash on hand because of your situation if you dont have it they will ask if you have the capacity to pay or if you have a regular job and sufficient income
