Well, if it is not working, you are going to have to troubleshoot to see what the reasons are for it not working. Maybe there is a wiring problem. But lets say you have everything put together fine, so that means that you have to replace the parts to make it work.

You have to check the windings one of it must be bad. You can try changing the fan speed &check winding whether it works correctly or not at the same time check the capacitor if it is weak it should be replaced and the blower will start working well.If you know the model no. call the agent.

Check to see if the fuse in the fuse box is still on,from there check the run capacitor, and transformer in the unit.Next check to see if the motor has burned out.The thermostat should also be checked, for loose wires. Most cause are a burned motor,or transformer.

Check to see if it can be lubricated and if it can oil with a medium weight non-detergent oil. Otherwise it may be an electrical problem.

Have the unit serviced by a proffessional, It could be as simple as a Capacitor causing it, But then it could be the fan motor itself.

Turn it off immediately. It could be something as simple as a capacitor or a fan relay or a bad fan motor. Either way you need a professional to come and diagnose the problem. The fan relax could be individual or built on to the control board. It should be tested and make sure you ask for the old part.

First check the electrical system.Make sure you consult the user manual if one's Available.Check for blown fuse's internal or External.also check for old cracked, frayed, striped wire's.Heating and cooling business can also check it most the time for free or little to nothing.
