What should I do if my Toshiba TV picture is too big for my screen?

you are going to have to go into the menu and go to options to fix the resolution of the screen> this is going to be able to let u control the size to fit the screen

Most common solution if a picture is too big for the TV is because the setting are incorrect. There are different setting for the type of picture it's showing. Most commonly there is a button that says mode or type and when you press that button it will say Zoom, panoramic, normal, game and movie. Choose which one you like.

Adjustment of the settings should do it. Using your remote try to find the on screen menu. I can't give specifics but try to look for tabs concerning aspect ratios. Sift through various ratios and see if you can find a fit.
