Take a soil sample into your local agriculture center. Roses need acidic soil and plenty of sunlight. If it's not a location problem, roses sometimes lose leaves from fungal diseases.

Many causes are to fall of rose leaves. Firstly we have to assue that the plant has get direct sunlight or not. The water should be gave for the neccessity of plant.
