Take it outside and spray it down with a jet of water. Mist it with a half strength hydrogen peroxide solution and put crushed garlic bulbs in the soil.

Plunge the pot up to its rim in a tub of plain water and leave it for 30 minutes. This will cause critters to go to the surface in search of oxygen. Skim them off, then let the soil drip dry before returning it to its usual place.

Change the soil. Be gentle about this and place it in watered fertilizer-neutral soil. Take your plant in the shower and gently wash off the worms and possible parasite insects that may be on it. Repeat this step as many times as necessary. Buy houseplant soil instead of using soil from your garden.

Submerge the plant up to the rim of the pot in plain water, and leave for thirty minutes. This will bring the worms to the top of the soil, and you can scoop them off. Secondly, you can try cutting a flea collar into one inch pieces, using 2 for a 6 inch or 6 for a 10 inch pot.

If your house plant has worms you need to spray some pestiside on the plant and keep it under bright sunlight but make sure you don't spray too much it may harm the plant. also provide adequate water and nutrient content to the plant for recovery.
