County water services should be able to determine where the worms are coming from. Until they are out it is advisable that you do not use this water until it is treated.
You may have mosquito or some other type of insect larva in your well. If this is the problem they would pose no risk to your health but they will begin to come into your home and the water you use. You should have your well inspected.
