What should I do if my heat pump air is not cold?

You are probably going to need to get freon for it. They come in a kit and it will show you how to hook it up and be able to pump the freon in it by the little kit. It is simple it can just take some time. Hope this helps.

If your heat pump is not getting cold then you do have a wiring issue to deal with. You will need to examine and remove and replace the wires now.
