Well, blood will be expelled during labor but if it looks like a lot or if you think the guinea pig is hemorrhaging you will have to take it to the vet or it will probably die.

Nothing, it is common to bleed during labor, infact , you will see a large amount but this will go away after the babies are full y born and she cleans herself up. It's natural.

Call a qualified exotics vet or emergency hospital if you think something is wrong. Slight spotting is normal, but they usually clean it all up right after birth. Heavy bleeding or problems delivering mean you need to get medical attention to save your pet's life.

A little to moderate bloody discharge is normal during giving birth. Make sure that your pet is not hemorrhaging. You do not want her to loose too much blood, and be too weak to nurse her young. Try applying pressure to the site to see if the bleeding stops. You may need to take her to the veterinarian.

That sounds pretty serious! You should take your guinea pig to the vet! If you can't afford vet care look online for low cost/subsidized options or ask your local vet about payment plans.

Guinea pigs are mammals and it';s not uncommon for mammals to bleed during labor. As long as it's not a significant amount of blood, she should be fine.

Some bleeding/spotting during labour is normal. If it seems excessive, or she has trouble delivering, you need to get her to a qualified exotics vet ASAP if you want to save her and the babies. In future try to avoid pregnancy - there is always a 20% chance of fatality.
