Check your cooling unit. You may want to clean out the unit by draining and flushing it.Also check your thermostat to see if it is bad.After you have done that and you are still having problems take it to a shop and have it looked at.
It sounds like you have a cooling system issue. You should flush and bleed the cooling system. You may also replace something like the thermostat if it happens again.
