Then normal operating temperature for a motorcycle engine is about one hundred eighty degrees. The engine operates most efficiently at this temperature as the combustion of the fuel is best achieved at higher temps.

normal engine temperatures would be 160*-215*F. I like my bike to run at 180*F. I even have my cooling fan wired to stay on (because I stunt).

Most motorcycles run an engine temperature from 170 degrees to 200 degrees. This all depends on the brand and type of motorcycle your riding. Some people will say that the average temperature is around 180-185 degrees.

The temperatures range between 160*-215*F. The normal temperature can be considered around 180*F. If your bike is hotter than this, you need to get it checked.

Normal operating temperatures depend on a number of things, be sure to check with a manual for your bike specifically. Until you can get to a manual, consider anything between 392°F and 662°F normal, the engine will be hotter while idling and cooler while moving.
