You should definitely take her to the emergency room and have her evaluated by a physician right away. First you want to make sure the child is able to breathe. If the child can drink water, then you want to see if the push pin will pass in the bowel movement, which will take 3 to 4 days. If the child seem to be choking or can't breathe, quickly get the child to the emergency room.
