You should definitely take her to the emergency room and have her evaluated by a physician right away. Even if she seems fine, and doesn't appear to have any airway obstruction from the push pin, there could be other damage. The doctor will have an X-ray done to make sure it's not stuck somewhere, and then will advise you further.

You should take her to the Emergency Room right now! This is life threatening. The push pin will prick a vein or artery in her intestines.

First you want to make sure the child is able to breathe. If the child can drink water, then you want to see if the push pin will pass in the bowel movement, which will take 3 to 4 days. If the child seem to be choking or can't breathe, quickly get the child to the emergency room.

You should take her to the nearest emergency room for immediate care. While most children pass an object out through their stool, other cases can be more serious.

Take her to the emergency room right away. The pin could puncture a hole in her digestive track, her stomach or her intestines and cause death.

Call your doctor immediately or take your child to the emergency room! Ingesting a sharp object can cause internal bleeding and damage to your child's digestive tract, leading to serious complications such as illness or infection. She needs to be monitored and have tests done to find the object's location.
