What should I do if I cut my rabbit's nails too short?

Don't panic! Calm your rabbit down, blot the nail, then you can press your rabbits nail into a bar of MILD soap (Ivory) or use Kwik-Stop Styptic Powder.

Your rabbit should be okay in time. If bleeding persists, they will need to be cauterized. A cauterization compound is available at most pet supply stores (as used in dogs). Be sure to keep the cage especially clean to help avoid infection. Next time don't use clippers - just gently run your rabbit's paws over coarse-grit sandpaper.
