Contact the clerk of court for the court you are to appear in. Tell her your situation and she can move the date of your court date.

Either hire a lawyer to represent you in court or contact the court directly and tell them you are stationed overseas. They will likely expect some sort of proof.

You should speak to a military attorney at your base. Also, contact the court and explain the situation to them. You should be able to get a continuance.

Contact the personnel service of Navy, Army, or Marines. They can help you postpone the court date until you return.
