The cramps could be a sign of preterm labor. Try drinking some water and laying on your left side and see if they go away. If they persist, get stronger, or develop a pattern (such as coming every so many minutes), it is time to call your doctor for advice.

I would most likely call the doctor. It could just be braxton hicks contractions. But if you are worried about it, its best to call the doctor and check.

Consider the types of foods you are eating. Write down which make you gassy and avoid them. Drink lots of water. If they get extremely painful, call your doctor.

At 27 weeks it is most likely that you are having growing pains. But cramping can be a sign of other problems and you should check with your doctor.

You should get to the emergency room as soon as possible. You could be having a miscarriage or going into early labor.
