Turn OFF your-water for that sprinkler-zone (if you have a manual-shut-off-valve for that-zone) or before your-sprinkler-system (like at the main-water-shut-off-valve). Check the sprinkler-control-valve, & control-wiring for that-zone; Check your sprinkler-controller for that-zone (compare OFF & ON valves/wiring & zones). You need a continuity-tester or multi-meter to check that sprinkle-control-valve/wiring, & sprinkler-controller.

First you are going to want to find the valve that controls that zone. First turn it all the way on, then turn it all the way off. Finally turn it half way on, this is the normal setting for the valves.

This could be a problem with the switch or the valve itself. You could try to manually shut it off. If you are able to do this chances are the switch is not working for some reason. If that is the case you are probably best to call a sprinkler expert for trouble shooting.

If it were me I would start off my cutting the power to the sprinkler system. If that doesn't work then I would say that I might call a repairman.

If your zone sprinkler system will not shut off then immediately go to the main water shutoff valve and turn it off. Once the water is off then you can examine the timer etc.

It is possible that the valve for that zone has gone bad and is stuck open. You will either need to manually shutoff the valve or turn off the main water valve to your house and replace the valve for that zone.

I would shut the water off to the system, and if that doesn't shut off the system, then I would shut off the main water and all a repair man or the person who installed the lawn system.

start of by buying a new hose on the tie that connects to the sprinkler head and begin the connection so that it is tied with straight flow and connect it hard.

First you should shut off the water supply leading to the sprinkler system. When that is done you should take a look at the ground around the system incase any parts came off. If there are missing parts and you have found them, attach them.
