Keep her warm, dry and well feed and noursished. There is nothing you can do for a cold but keep the patient comfortable, hydrated and just wait it out. She'll be fine.

Take her to a veterinarian. She will need a complete check-up. You should also buy a book on cat health. Cats can also have allergies just like humans.

Cats are wonderful at healing themselves; nobody does it better! So provide a warm bed, out of the way of the household and don't overfeed the cat. Be sure the cat has water in a clean bowl. Just wait and watch. If she worsens, you can take her to vet.

Don't get the cat to walk along the water or any chilled area. Take care about the food habits of your cat. Give anti-biotic dose due to your veterinary doctor's advice. Check the body weight of your cat. If it is reduced, take immediate nursing to get rid of sick.
