This would depend on the injury. For a small open wound keep it clean, for a larger wound or break see a vet.

The best thing to do when you find an injured rabbit is to get it to a vet or a skilled wildlife rehabilitater. Handle it a less as possible as it should not get use to being handled by humans.

You can treat a minor bite/cut at home with some mild antiseptic and a clean cotton swab, but anything serious such as an eye/leg/back injury requires a visit to a vet who specialises in exotics/small animals. If you do not treat the injury quickly, it may worsen until very serious or incurable.
