What should I do for a cat that is throwing up brown runny stuff?

If your cat throws up only once in a while then it maybe just a fur ball. To help your cat try putting it one a high fiber cat food especially made for hairball control. If the cat is throwing up all the time or after it eats call your vet.

You need to first figure out what the cat is eating to make it sick. Most commonly, this is due to a change in diet. A food substance could be upsetting the feline. Another possibility is the cat just has a flu virus and will recover on it's own.

The animals have an inbuilt curing mechanism.The cats in rural areas eat some herbs to get cured.For your cat,keep it in rest without food for a whole day;give glucose water now and then without any solid food.Inspite of this if it duffers,then approach a vet.Give electorol mixed water every half an hour.
