To make stuffed pork chops, you have to first decide what you're going to stuff them with. Select a center cut pork chop and slice it down the middle. Stuff with you favorite stuffing mix, and insert a toothpick in the center to hold it together.

Take a thick pork chop and cut a slit in it to put your stuffing. Brown in skillet then bake about 45 min. 350 degrees.
