In every company you can find backstabbing coworkes. Just ignore them let they speak what ever they want ,let they do what ever they want to. You just be good book of your manager.
Don't be part of it. Let them do what they want. If you are friends with the coworkers that they are backstabbing have fun. The backstabbers will run out of steam if they find no one is listening or participating.
