Jump in and ask them to teach you some words and phrases. It's a terrific opportunity for you to learn a new language, which your coworkers will really appreciate.

If your coworkers are speaking their native language to one another and you feel left out, you might say in a friendly way that you wish you had been able to study Spanish in school and would they teach you a few words. This usually helps to create better understanding.

Quietly ask the ones you are most familiar with to try to speak english with one another. This is very rude, perhaps you could learn a few phrases.

kindly ask them if they could please speak English around you so that you can understand and may contribute to their conversation or help them if they need it.

Just tell them that you don't speak Spanish. Or if you think they're talking about you then tell them to stop.

Learn Spanish. People are more comfortable speaking their native language. Just show up to work with a Spanish-English dictionary, and tell them you are trying to learn Spanish. They'll be impressed, and probably start speaking more English to you.

You might try telling them in a friendly, non-critical way that it makes you feel so left out, but also try some Spanish lessons. It's the easiest language to learn.
