Apply a cool pack and stay off your feet for a little while. If this is from an injury you may want to get it checked to be safe.

See a doctor. Most commonly it could be inflammation of the prostate, especially if there is frequent, slow urination present.

An aching testicle is most commonly die to venous congestion, often related to sexual stimulation to the point of but not allowing orgasm. The second most common cause is infection, cyst, tortion in that order. If the symptoms have been around for more than 4 hours, without cause, see a urologist or go to the emergency room.
