Yes, you should get it evaluated. It could be from an allergic reaction, such as to laundry detergent, or something as simple as an ingrown hair. If you are sexually active it could also be a symptom of the herpes virus.

Yes, a sore on your testicle is definetely a cause for concern. You should get it checked out by a doctor, and get tested for STD's. The sore could be the cause and symptom of a sexually transmitted disease such as the herpes virus. You should get checked and tested so that you don't pass it on to anyone.

Genital sores can be cause for concern and generally should be evaluated by a physician. It is possible that the sore is nothing but it could also be an indicator of a sexually transmitted disease or other illness.

Unless you can definitely pinpoint the cause of a sore anywhere on your genitals (you touched yourself after handling poison oak, for example), you should see a doctor. Don't be embarrassed, they've seen it all before. You could have an STD or something else that requires treatment.

You should be concerned about a sore on your testicle. It may be as simple as an ingrown hair or as complex as syphilis. Call your doctor of clinic to see you!

Any sores on your testicle should be seen by a doctor to rule out the possibility of an std or infection. If the sore does not go away within a week, becomes inflamed or is tender to the touch see a doctor right away.

Yes. It could be a number of things. Go to your doctor and have him take a look at the sore. Sometimes a sore could indicate a rash or an STD. You never know. It's better to be safe than to be sorry.

Any sore of unknown origin anywhere on the body should be a concern. One located on the tesicles could be a sign of venereal disease.
